The library is organized by situation and age so you can find a context similar to yours first.

complete guides
From bullying, social media, and consent to sleep, grief, separation, alcohol, body image, and pressure at school.

A guide goes beyond a couple of sentences.
The aim is to enter the conversation prepared to listen, respond, and recognize when another kind of help is needed.
- 1
A way to begin
A concrete opening, without turning it into a rigid script.
- 2
What we know
A summary of the evidence and a fact that helps put the risk in context.
- 3
Questions, boundaries, and decisions
What to ask, what to avoid, and how to adapt your response.
- 4
Signs and sources
Signs that it is time to seek help and links to the reviewed references.
Sources are part of the guide.
ConversaYoung identifies each institution, title, and date so you can check where a recommendation comes from. It does not present advice as universal certainty.
Guidance for preparation. Not clinical care.
A guide can help you organize words and warning signs. It cannot confirm a diagnosis, investigate a risky situation, or replace professionals or emergency services.
